The building façade shall be built with materials of the highest class, which shall result in maximum isolation qualities and vision. We have planned to build a ventilated curtain façade with fiber cement from the leading Swiss company “Swisspearl”, stone wool and aluminum spacers “ETEM”.

Again we rely on proven quality over time and on the market. In the three entrances shall be installed electrical soundless lifts Otis Gen2 with modern cages and ambilight.

The window and door frames appear one of the most important elements of a building and therefore we have envisaged assembly of a 5-chamber PVC joinery with aluminium cap, with triple double-glazed window. Thanks to these, the isolation qualities are higher and the losses of heat are extremely limited.
